The WWE Universe has patiently waited for Emmalina to make her WWE debut since her promotional videos began airing back on October 3rd.
It was thought that the Emmalina character would be a step backward, given that she seemed to be more obsessed with looks and clothes than wrestling ability. Even so, the debut had been delayed twice and finally after 17 weeks Emmalina arrived on Raw.
It was a minute long segment where Emmalina told the WWE Universe that they would now see the transformation from Emmalina to Emma. Was this WWE’s way of showing the difference between Divas and current Women’s wrestlers?
Either way, fans feel completely trolled and slightly annoyed by the fact that one of the most talented wrestlers to be promoted from NXT is being used in this way. Emma’s heel turn was one of the best things that ever happened to her and if she didn’t suffer a back injury back in 2016 that needed surgery, then she would likely be part of the Women’s Title picture now for sure.
Emma took a lot of time out and the build up then began ahead of her debut after she was drafted over to the Raw roster in July.
It is unknown how long the transformation from Emmalina back to Emma will take, and if Emma will ever be stepping foot back into a WWE ring, but what is known is that WWE has reached an expert level when it comes to trolling the fans.
I stopped caring for things like this since the Funkasaurus arrived.
Not trolling when everyone was telling WWE Emmaline was a bad idea and ruin Emma’s momentum.
