This week there’s been a lot of talk about Lacey Evans and her status with WWE as she recently updated her social media profiles which now read “FKA WWE Superstar Lacey Evans.” It seems that Lacey Evans is done with WWE as she recently posted the following caption on Instagram confirming that she will be known as Macey Estrella from now on:
“When the clock strikes 12, you will address me as Macey Estrella from here on out…….oh, and this jacket is up for grabs. Be on the lookout.v#ComingSoon #NoMannersMacey #GottaThinkOfSomeOtherCoolHashTag #LordLookAtMe”
So far WWE has not confirmed Lacey’s departure, but PWInsider is reporting they’ve heard rumblings of Lacey Evans possibly exiting the company. It was also noted that as of Tuesday afternoon she was still listed on the company roster.
As of this writing WWE has yet to move Lacey Evans to the alumni section of their website, so it will be interesting to see if an official statement is released, or if this will end up being more of a quiet departure from WWE’s end. Stay tuned for updates.
