All Elite Wrestling has signed a number of talented wrestlers since the company launched in 2019, and it looks like AEW is locking a few names down for the foreseeable future.

Chris Jericho recently spoke with Inside The Ropes about Jericho Appreciation Society members Matt Menard and Angelo Parker signing contract extensions, and during the interview he confirmed that Jake Hager signed an extension as well.

“Jake Hager too, they all got contract extensions. I’ve told the story many times about how the Jericho Appreciation Society came to be. It was never planned, it was just something that happened in accordance to the circumstances that we were facing.

“I think the moment the five of us got together, it was a different vibe than the Inner Circle but I knew those guys were really good. I do feel proud that they got contract extensions, raises, everything in-between. They earned it, they earned it by showing what they can do.”

Chris Jericho is currently set to compete in the AEW World Title tournament when he faces Bryan Danielson in a semifinal match next week. The winner of that match will then go on to compete in the finals at AEW Grand Slam on September 21. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
