Shinsuke Nakamura is turning 37 years old today and there’s no shortage of celebration going on in his honor.
Not only is he receiving very warm birthday wishes from fans, and The King of Strong Style’s friends such as Funaki are also sending their best to the former NXT Champion.

Another interesting thing that we noticed while doing research for this article is the fact that Twitter celebrating his birthday as well. When you bring up Nakamura’s profile on the Twitter iPhone app, they throw balloons upward to wish him a happy birthday as well (even though streamers would be more appropriate).
WWE is no stranger to award-winning programming and a member of their team just got another boost in that department.
Scott Stanford, who hosted pay-per-view and Raw pre-shows has been nominated for two New York chapter Emmy awards. Stanford is still a news anchor at WPIX in New York City and still provides voice-over work for the WWE Network on shows like “Ride Along” and others.
WWE extended a congratulations out to Scott for receiving this esteemed honor.
