Match six of the night means that it’s time for James Drake versus Josesph Connors. Michael Cole made a comment that Connors is one of his favorites to win the tournament and it would be hard to disagree with that.

The two men started out the match with a respectful handshake but quickly picked up the pace from there. The two men locked a collar and elbow tie up on each other and held it for quite some time during the beginning of this contest, this is usually somewhat of a boring choice to make but these two made it interesting.

Drake jumped on the ring apron and Joseph Connors went for a headbutt when Drake met Connors with a headbutt of his own to Connor’s midsection. Drake soon hit Connors with a running knee but Joseph Connors kicked out at one.

Drake kept hitting Connors in his ear which is already injured throughout the contest. Connors soon draped Drake under the bottom rope as he stood on the outside and delivered a series of vivacious firearms to the back of James Drake.

Connor hit an elbow into a back breaker on James Drake followed by his finisher to snag the win. This might have been the most high impact match of the night.
