There is still a lot of bad blood between Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose on WWE television. In particular, The Lunatic Fringe still hasn’t forgive Seth for his part in destroying The Shield. But, the two men have been teaming together on Raw for the first time in roughly three years.

During this week’s edition of Raw, Ambrose and Rollins defeated The Miz, Curtis Axel, and Bo Dallas in a Handicap Match. It was expected to be the first of many matches to come for the dynamic duo, but a hug during their post-match celebration has HHH and others frustrated.

It’s been reported by Sportskeeda that WWE officials are planning for Ambrose and Rollins to have a very lengthy run as a team and challenge Cesaro and Sheamus for the Raw Tag Team Titles at Summerslam. The plan was to build to a huge “fist-bump” moment between them.

However, Ambrose and Rollins sharing a hug on Raw this week may have been too much. A lot of people are looking at the hug as a bigger gesture than the classic Shield “fist-bump.” It won’t cancel any creative plans, but Ambrose and Rollins will need to be more careful on TV.
