WWE has made multiple developmental deal offers to Scott Hall’s son Cody Hall. Cody has turned down the offers, saying he wants to make a name for himself on the indies before. We’ve heard more than once that Hall is serious about learning and making a name himself on the indies and internationally before looking at joining WWE.
