elimination chamber

Now that the Royal Rumble has come and gone, the stars of Monday Night Raw are looking ahead to the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, and it was announced this week that the women will compete in the Elimination Chamber for the first time ever this year.

So far the only wrestler confirmed for the women’s Elimination Chamber match is Raw Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss, but Braun Strowman, John Cena and Elias were all confirmed for the men’s chamber match after they won qualifying matches on Raw.

That leaves three open spots in the men’s chamber match, and Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer recently speculated that Roman Reigns, Jason Jordan and Seth Rollins will fill the last three spots.

Shinsuke Nakamura won the Royal Rumble on Sunday night, and he’s declared that he will be challenging AJ Styles for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 34 in New Orleans.

The winner of the men’s Elimination Chamber match will go on to challenge Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship at WrestleMania.

Brock Lesnar has been the champion ever since he defeated Goldberg at WrestleMania last year, and at this point the belief is that Roman Reigns will likely be the one who ends up challenging The Beast Incarnate at the big event.
