Since turning heel a few weeks ago Matt Hardy has really dropping in character bombs on Twitter and they’ve been pretty entertaining. A fan recently asked him on Twitter if The Hardy Boyz would return to take care of the New Day. Matt responded by asking if those were the guys with the strap ons on their heads.

Big E caught wind of it and tried to squash the beef before things got out of hand.

But the current TNA Champion assured him that there was no beef and that he was just doing what a good heel does.

With both guys having a good sense of humor and both guys portraying over the top characters right now, it’s interactions like this that make you wish you could see a feud play out on screen. However it doesn’t look like we’ll be seeing The Hardy Boyz vs The New Day anytime soon as TNA recently announced that they’ve signed Jeff Hardy to a new deal.
Matt Hardy had said back in October of 2015 that he had a few months left on his current deal. But it remains to be seen what type of move Matt will make once his deal expires. He is the current TNA Champion afterall.
