The WWE main roster is loaded with talent at the moment, but there are several notable names who are currently sitting on the sidelines due to injury, one of which happens to be Bobby Roode.
PWInsider is reporting that Bobby Roode is in Detroit for SummerSlam and the word going around is that Roode will be helping out and working as a producer at the big event. It was also noted that the current plan is for Bobby Roode to work as a producer at Raw on Monday as well.
Bobby Roode has been out of action since last year and has undergone several neck surgeries since then. Prior to Bobby Roode taking time off due to injury he had been working in the tag team division with Dolph Ziggler. There’s currently no word on whether or not Roode has been cleared, or if he has plans to return to in-ring competition in the future.
