Last week the WWE Superstar Shake-Up kicked off on Raw, and the NXT Tag Team Champions were called up to the main roster.
Fans immediately noticed that they were no longer The War Raiders, as WWE changed their name to The Viking Experience.
The name wasn’t very well received among fans, but now WWE has changed the team’s name once again.
WWE’s website now refers to the team as The Viking Raiders. Individually they will still be keeping their new names as Rowe is listed as Erik, and Hanson is listed as Ivar.
It was reported that at one point the idea was to call the team The Berzerkers when they arrived on the main roster, but plans changed as the duo got closer to their debut.
