Yes, the rumors are true according to CM Punk. A fan asked the longest reigning WWE Champion on Twitter if the rumors about him returning to WWE for WrestleMania are true, and he responded by saying “Yes.” Of course he also confirmed that rumors of him preventing a Ford plant from moving to Mexico are also true, so he’s obviously joking. That is unless you guys know something we don’t know about CM Punk preventing a Ford plant from moving to Mexico.

If you’re a fan of CM Punk then you’re probably likely aware that the former WWE Superstar doesn’t have a problem trolling fans on Twitter, and over the years he’s become pretty good at it.

CM Punk parted ways with WWE in January of 2014, and his departure was surrounded by controversy. Several months after his WWE departure, Punk talked about his reasons for leaving the company on Colt Cabana’s podcast, and then later announced he had signed with UFC.

After almost two years of training, Punk finally faced Mickey Gall at UFC 203 in September, and Gall made him tap out in the first round.

Punk has said that he wants to keep fighting, but Dana White has said that Punk probably won’t fight in the UFC again.

  1. CM Punk’s tweet was in regards to Donald Trump’s comment last night on Twitter where he took credit for Ford keeping their plant in the US and not moving to Mexico. Trump, of course, had nothing to do with it but whatever lol
