WWE announced on Raw earlier this week that Brock Lesnar’s SummerSlam opponent would be revealed on this week’s episode of SmackDown. It’s been rumored that Brock will be facing Randy Orton at the big event and it looks like the rumors are true.
It was revealed on Aftermath TV on SportsNet in Canada that Randy Orton will be Brock Lesnar’s opponent. SmackDown airs a day early in Canada but the announcement wasn’t officially made during the broadcast but instead during the Aftermath TV show.
Recently it was reported that Randy Orton will be reporting to the WWE Performance Center soon to begin training for his return. Orton is already being advertised for WWE live events in August.
Brock Lesnar will be fighting Mark Hunt at UFC 200 this Saturday and his match will now headline the show.
