Goldberg returned to WWE in 2016, and he later went on to face his rival Brock Lesnar in a match at Survivor Series. Goldberg absolutely destroyed Brock Lesnar at Survivor Series, and Brock Lesnar has been out for blood ever since.

Brock Lesnar had his shot at revenge Sunday night at the Royal Rumble in San Antonio, TX, but once again Goldberg made short work of him as he eliminated him from the Royal Rumble match.

Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar made their way down to the ring on Raw this week, and Paul Heyman referred to Brock Lesnar as a, “crestfallen, disgraced beast.” Heyman talked about how every wrestler has that one guy that seems to have their number, and for Brock Lesnar that guy is Goldberg.

Heyman went on and on about how when people mention Brock Lesnar, now they talk about how Goldberg destroyed him at Survivor Series.

Paul Heyman then announced that Brock Lesnar is officially challenging Goldberg to a match at WrestleMania 33, where they will settle the score once and for all.

Goldberg has yet to respond to the challenge, but another Brock Lesnar vs. Goldberg match has been expected to take place at WrestleMania 33 for months now, so it’s pretty safe to assume that Bill is going to say yes.
