After a few weeks on Monday Night Raw, the cruiserweight division was losing steam, so the powers that be created 205 Live to showcase the roster properly with their own show. The only issue is the WWE Universe doesn’t seem to be too interested in watching the program.
According to AllWrestlingNews.com, 205 Live isn’t performing well on the WWE Network, which is concerning to WWE considering how much work they’ve put into the show. It’s being speculated that 205 Live will undergo some major changes to give the show a boost.
For instance, a lot of people have expressed blame for the show following SmackDown every week. Naturally, that could make the fans in attendance lack enthusiasm for the show, but one of the changes could be 205 Live happening before SmackDown instead of after.
A lot of the show’s issues could be that the WWE Universe doesn’t know a lot of the performers, so bringing in Neville, Hideo Itami, and Austin Aries could do a lot to help the show in terms of viewership.
