A few weeks ago the wrestling world lost another great performer when Benjamin Satterly, better known to wrestling fans as PAC, was found deceased in a car. At the time details regarding his passing were few and far between, but now it seems that the cause of his death has been determined.
According to the New York Post, a Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office told the California Post on Monday investigators concluded that PAC passed away due to bronchial asthma. The rep also added that the manner of his death was ruled natural.
On September 27, PAC was found unconscious in a car in a CAVA parking lot in Des Plaines, Ill at around 4 PM. A 911 caller stated that she found him passed out in the car, and he was pronounced dead a few minutes after first responders arrived on the scene.
In the incident report first responders noted that there were no “suspicious markings” found on his body, but noted that he had saliva on his shirt and medication in his vehicle. It was also stated in the incident report that first responders made contact with a woman who knew PAC and she said that he had stopped for lunch on his way to O’Hare Airport.
The night before he passed PAC competed in his final match when he challenged Andrade El Idolo for the AEW National Championship at the AEW All Out pay-per-view in Chicago.
Our condolences go out to his family, friends and fans.
