Over the last few years Roman Reigns has been working a lighter schedule, and he recently made it clear that he doesn’t think it makes any sense for him to work live events anymore. There’s been a lot of talk about Roman’s schedule in the future as it’s clear that The Tribal Chief is closer to the end of his career than he is the beginning.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that while doing media this week Roman Reigns hinted at going into semi-retirement following WrestleMania 43 so that he could spend more time with his family. However, it’s being reported by the Observer that Reigns is expected to work a schedule similar to the one he’s been working recently moving forward.
Currently Roman Reigns is the WWE World Heavyweight Champion, and he is set to face off against Undisputed WWE Champion Sami Zayn in a champion vs. champion match at the Crown Jewel premium live event next month in Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Arabia is also set to host WrestleMania 43 next year. It was recently reported that Roman Reigns is expected to be featured in one of the main events at the Show of Shows in 2027, and you can get more details on that here.
