Sunday night Brock Lesnar defended his WWE Universal Championship against Roman Reigns, Samoa Joe and Braun Strowman in a fatal 4-way match in the main event at SummerSlam. Brock Lesnar walked away with the Universal Title, but he also walked away a changed man.

Braun Strowman brought the fight to Brock Lesnar in a way that left a big impression on not only the fans, but Lesnar himself. Strowman put Brock Lesnar through two different announce tables, then he followed up by flipping an announce table on Lesnar. Medical officials then made their way down to the ringside area and Brock Lesnar was stretchered out of the arena.

Braun Strowman, Roman Reigns and Samoe Joe thought they had seen the last of Brock Lesnar, but that wasn’t the case. Lesnar made his return later in the match and he won after he defeated Roman Reigns with the F5.

Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman kicked off this week’s episode of WWE Monday Night Raw, but they were rudely interrupted by Braun Strowman. Braun attacked Brock Lesnar, and he destroyed him once again.

Before the segment ended, Strowman made it clear that he wants a title shot as he held up the Universal Title belt.

Raw General Manager has officially booked the Universal Championship match for the No Mercy pay-per-view in September, and it’s been confirmed that Brock Lesnar will be defending against Braun Strowman.
