Last weekend the UFC Freedom 250 event aired live from the White House and a number of celebrities were in attendance. Roman Reigns, Triple H and Nick Khan were there on behalf of WWE, and some fans have wondered if WWE could eventually hold a show at the White House as well.
WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select is reporting that a WWE show at the White House is not something that’s in the cards. However, it is something WWE would be open to if the financials made sense.
UFC President Dana White recently claimed that the company missed out on a lot of money holding the UFC Freedom 250 event at the White House. White also indicated that the event cost UFC spent $60 million dollars on the event, and he also stated that it will never happen again when he added, “I can’t afford it. I’ll never do the Sphere again, and we’ll never do this again.”
Over the last few years WWE has expanded the potential locations for their events as the company has put on shows all over the world, but it appears that the White House is not a location the company is looking into at the moment.
Following the UFC Freedom 250 event Roman Reigns was heavily criticized for attending the show, and you can get more details on that here.
