Gable is seemingly in the midst of a push as he’s been receiving a decent amount of TV time recently, and it looks like the push could continue in the months to come.
WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select is reporting that there are several within WWE who are pushing for Chad Gable to have a prominent presence at the SummerSlam premium live event in his hometown of Minneapolis.
It’s also being reported that Fanatics is said to be “flabbergasted” by the performance of the auction for the El Grande Americano mask that was worn in the mask vs. mask match at Noche de Los Grandes. As of this writing the current bid for the mask is $40,015 with over 7 days until the auction officially ends.
According to the report Fanatics is now brainstorming ideas for other ring worn merchandise ideas, including some items that could potentially go up for bid before the match even takes place.
