Whether you’re a Chris Jericho fan or not, you can’t deny that he knows how to get people talking. Chris Jericho set the wrestling world on fire a few months ago when he challenged Kenny Omega to a match at Wrestle Kingdom 12, and the match finally took place last week.

In the end Omega managed to pull out a big victory and defeat Jericho, and their match has been receiving a lot of praise.

Originally Jericho said that his deal with NJPW was just for one match, but it appears that’s not the case anymore.

Chris Jericho continued to torment the New Japan Pro Wrestling roster when he attacked Tetsuya Naito at New Year’s Dash, and it doesn’t look like NJPW has seen the last of him.

It was recently reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that the idea is for Jericho to face Naito at the NJPW USA: Strong Style Evolved event on March 25 in Long Beach, CA.

NJPW’s last trip to Long Beach proved to be a big success for the company and it also helped to create a big buzz around the brand.

If Chris Jericho does indeed end up facing Testsuya Naito at the company’s next event in the USA then it’s safe to say that the buzz around NJPW will only continue to grow.
