The Revival were facing off against Lucha House Party in a tag team match on Raw when R-Truth’s music hit and he came running down to the ring while other Superstars chased him.
Truth ended up in the ring and The Revival both pinned him to become co-24/7 Champions.
Kalisto then hit Scott Dawson with Salida del Sol and tried to win the belt, but Wilder pulled Kalisto off of Dawson when he went for the cover.
Carmella then placed Truth on Scott Dawson and the referee counted the pin.
R-Truth won the WWE 24/7 Championship for the 12th time.
Truth hid then snuck backstage where Elias attacked him from behind with a guitar. Elias pinned him to become a 3 time 24/7 Champion.
