According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Vince McMahon has been making all of the decisions in regards to how Daniel Bryan’s angles will play out during his injury. Vince McMahon is also making the decisions regarding the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
As Stephanie McMahon recently noted on Raw, if Daniel Bryan is able to compete at the Money In the Bank pay-per-view he will defend his title against Kane and if he isn’t able to compete the title will be decided in the money in the bank ladder match.
As of right now Daniel Bryan’s status is still up in the air.
