Mick Foley made his return to WWE programming this week, and it was announced that the WWE Hall of Famer will be working as the special guest referee for the Universal Championship match at Hell in a Cell on Sunday. Following his appearance on Raw, Mick Foley had some high praise for Elias, who he’s predicting will become WWE Champion someday.
