There’s absolutely no denying that business has picked on the road to WrestleMania 40 as The Rock has returned and he’s been making regular appearances on Friday Night SmackDown in recent weeks. In addition to his appearances on WWE programming The Rock has also been cutting promos on social media while frequently saying that wrestling is cool again.
LA Knight appeared on Busted Open Radio and he talked a little bit about The Rock’s return. The Megastar didn’t dispute the idea that wrestling is cool again, but he did make it a point to say that wrestling started getting cool again before The Rock return.
“As far as business is concerned. Business is good. It was good with him. It’s good without him. It’s good either way. I hear him say wrestling is cool again, and he’s right. But I just wanna make sure that everybody knows that it started getting cool again like 6 or 7 months before he got there.”
