enzo amore

If you’ve never seen an episode of Undercover Boss, it’s a rather great concept. Big business higher-ups like CEOs and other board members of companies put on a disguise and then have a camera crew follow them around as they interact with lower level employees for their company and learn what it’s like to work in a minimum wage environment. At the end of the show, if the lower-level employee makes the company look good they are rewarded with a huge life-changing prize to make all their coworkers jealous.

It looks like the popular reality television show recently filmed an episode with WWE for their upcoming season but it needed a few edits in the final hour because Enzo Amore was featured in the episode. WWE obviously doesn’t want anything to do with Enzo at this point after he was released for not informing the company about looming sexual assault charges.

It’s likely CBS wouldn’t appreciate this as well which is why the choice was made. Enzo committed a big no-no and even if he’s proven to be innocent of those allegations it doesn’t look like WWE or CBS is going to take any chances at this point.

Pro Wrestling Sheet reports during an episode of season 9 for Undercover Boss, WWE was featured. But they had to go in during post-production and do an edit to take him out of the show. It was reported that Amore was included in the show but he wasn’t integral to the overall plot so the decision was made for the Realest Guy In The Room to hit the cutting room floor.

There is no projected airdate for this episode which gave them the time to go in and switch things up. So it certainly looks like WWE is going to do their best to distance themselves from Enzo Amore until further notice, or at least until those awful charges are dropped.
