Last week the annual WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view took place from Toronto and fans were shocked when Edge made a surprise appearance on the kickoff show.
Edge got physical when he hit Elias with the spear, and he recently noted on E&C’s Pod of Awesomeness that he feels healthy enough for one more match.
“To be perfectly honest, I think I could do a match tomorrow. I might be blown up but I’d be okay. It’s just from what I know with the WWE medical staff, they won’t allow. It is what it is, right?”
The WWE Hall of Famer also noted that he recently received some good news in regards to his neck.
“I did have a doctor tell me that he thinks they’ll be able to basically get my neck relatively healthy within 5 years. And then there’s stem cells which I’m also looking into.”
Edge was clear to point out that he doesn’t think he could return full time but that one match is something he thinks he could do.
