The WWE Extreme Rules card has been coming together over the last few weeks, and the card just got even better. Raw General Manager Kurt Angle has announced that Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler will be defending his title against Seth Rollins at the pay-per-view in a 30 minute Iron Man match.
