Goldberg returned to WWE in the fall of 2016, and he’s had one heck of a run so far. He destroyed Brock Lesnar in his first match back, and he later went on to compete in the Royal Rumble. Goldberg didn’t win the rumble, but he did win the WWE Universal Title at Fastlane when he defeated Kevin Owens.

Brock Lesnar challenged Goldberg to a WrestleMania match shortly after, and Goldberg accepted. Brock and Goldberg met one final at WrestleMania 33. Brock Lesnar was very pumped up when he made his way down to the ring, but the crowd was ready for the Universal Champion, Bill Goldberg, to make his way down the ramp.
JoJo started to do the introductions, but Paul Heyman cut her off and he grabbed the mic. Heyman introduced Lesnar as the crowd sang along.
The mic was then handed to JoJo as she introduced Goldberg, and the crowd started to boo.
Brock wasted no time taking Goldberg to Suplex City as he hit three German suplexes. Goldberg countered with a spear and then another spear which rocked Brock and Brock rolled out of the ring.
Goldberg then speared Brock Lesnar through the barricade. The crowd then started to chant for Goldberg as a portion of the audience booed.
Goldberg set Brock up for the Jackhammer, but Brock tried for the F5. Goldberg got out and speared Goldberg again. Goldberg hit Brock with the Jackhammer but Brock kicked out.
Goldberg went for another spear but missed and Brock took him to Suplex City. Brock followed up with the F5 and he pinned Goldberg to become the new Universal Champion.
