Kevin Owens stepped into the ring at the WWE live event in North Charleston on Sunday night and he went one on one with The Miz. Following his match there was a lot of concern regarding KO’s status as he was seen limping and had to be helped to the back, which led to speculation that Owens might have suffered an injury.

PWInsider is reporting that no one seems to know for sure regarding Kevin Owens’ injury status, but some talents believed that the former Universal Champion was just selling.
Kevin Owens was out of action for quite some time as prior to his return at SummerSlam earlier this month he had last wrestled at the Elimination Chamber premium live event in March of 2025.
Owens was forced to step away from in-ring competition due to a major neck injury which required him to undergo surgery last summer. Luckily Owens was able to recover and he’s been a top player on SmackDown ever since he returned to TV.
Stay tuned for more updates on KO’s injury status as they become available.
