Brock Lesnar faced off against Oba Femi in the opening match at night 2 of WrestleMania 42 on Sunday, and The Beast Incarnate was defeated by The Ruler. Following the match Brock seemingly retired when he took off his boots and gloves then left them in the ring as he said goodbye to the fans.
Following WrestleMania there’s been a lot of speculation regarding what the future holds for Brock Lesnar, and now the first picture of the former WWE Champion following his apparent retirement has surfaced online.
Musician Tom MacDonald noted that he recently ran into Brock Lesnar at his hotel, and he recalled their conversation when he posted the following:
“I bumped into Brock Lesnar in my hotel and when I extended my hand to thank him for his contributions to pro wrestling he said “Tom MacDonald! No, thank you for what you do. We listen to you all the time.”
For 20 minutes we chatted and I got to know what a genuinely cool (and REAL) dude he is.
It blows my mind that my music has managed to find the folks who have fallen through the cracks…as well as reached the folks at the tops of the mountains.
Not a day goes by that I’m not incredibly grateful for this wild ride…and moments like this remind me how truly wild it is 👊🏻”
