For the most part NXT has stood alone as its own brand for years now, but from time to time fans do see crossovers between NXT and the main roster. Recently AJ Styles made his way to NXT for a feud with Grayson Waller, and fans even saw the NXT Women’s Title defended at WrestleMania 36 a few years ago.
Now it seems that another main roster star could be clashing with a top NXT star as Dolph Ziggler and Bron Breakker have been feuding on social media.

During a recent WWE digital exclusive Dolph Ziggler was asked about the tweet above and he teased that he might just go to NXT and take the NXT Championship from Bron Breakker.
“A lot of people ask me after matches like this, ‘Dolph, you good?’ I go, ‘No, not good, I’m the best MF’er we got.’ So maybe one of these days those people that run their mouths online have to deal with me, in person. So maybe Breakker and his title, maybe I take it away from him. Maybe I stop by, who’s to say? Anyway, good luck kid, keep throwing your name out online, it works for everybody.”
Now Breakker has issued an open invitation to Dolph Ziggler as he’s declared that he’s willing to give Dolph a shot after he defeats Santos Escobar.

It’s not clear at this point in time when this match could take place, but it will be interesting to see where the Ziggler vs. Breakker feud could go from here. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
