Ronda Rousey made her big return to WWE at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view, and she went on to earn a title shot at WrestleMania 38 when she won the women’s Royal Rumble match.
Rousey recently declared on Friday Night SmackDown that she will be challenging Charlotte Flair on the Grandest Stage of Them All, but she stopped by Monday Night Raw last week to cut her first promo in years. Fans noticed that Rousey seemed to be acting more like a heel during the promo, and it looks like fans weren’t the only ones who noticed.
Dave Meltzer reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that Ronda Rousey had to be talked to about her promo on Raw. It was also noted that when Ronda Rousey returned she was bitter about the fans turning on her during her last run which wasn’t a good attitude because she’s supposed to a babyface. Following her promo on Raw it was reportedly explained to Rousey that she needed to let that go as she wouldn’t make a very good babyface if she continued to be bitter.
Stay tuned for more updated on Ronda Rousey and her WrestleMania match with Charlotte Flair as they become available.
