For decades Triple H was one of the most dominant forces in professional wrestling, but it’s been a while since fans have seen the Cerebral Assassin compete inside the squared circle.
The Game made headlines back in September when WWE announced that he had undergone a procedure following a cardiac event, and the statement noted that he was expected to make a full recovery.
In regards to Triple H’s in-ring future the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Triple H is unlikely to wrestle again due to his health issues. It was also noted that the only special attractions WWE has right now are Goldberg, Brock Lesnar, Edge and Shane McMahon.
Stephanie McMahon was recently asked about Triple H and she noted that he’s “doing great.” Triple H’s last official televised match took place at WrestleMania 35 when he defeated Batista. He also briefly battled Randy Orton during the January 11 episode of Raw earlier this year. The Game’s last non-televised match took place during a WWE live event in Japan on June 29, 2019 when he teamed up with Shinsuke Nakamura to defeat Samoa Joe and Robert Roode.
Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
