After losing the Elimination Chamber match on Sunday night, John Cena teased a WrestleMania match with The Undertaker, then declared that he’s been told it won’t be happening.
The former WWE World Heavyweight Champion then headed to SmackDown Live where he faced AJ Styles for a WWE Title opportunity, and Cena has now been added to the main event of Fastlane.
If John Cena is able to win the main event, he will go on to defend the WWE Championship against Shinsuke Nakamura at WrestleMania 34. But if that doesn’t happen then he’ll once again be searching for his path to WrestleMania.
Luckily for Cena, NXT star EC3 has a back up plan in mind, as he offered to face the former champion at NXT TakeOver: New Orleans the night before.

Sheamus and Cesaro have been running the tag team division on Monday Night Raw for months, and they’re currently in search of new challengers.
Dash Wilder of The Revival recently took to Twitter to say they’ve never had a title match, and it looks like he wants The Bar to step up and put the belts on the line.
We beat Slater and Rhyno. Multiple times.
We beat The Club. Multiple times.
We beat New Day. Multiple times.
We beat The Hardy’s.
We beat Titus Worldwide, who just had multiple title matches.
We’ve NEVER had a title match.
Yet, there’s no one left for The Bar to face?
