This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw will focus on the fallout from the Royal Rumble pay-per-view on Sunday, and now that we’re officially on the Road to WrestleMania it looks like WWE will start setting up some big storylines.
Sunday night the women of WWE fought in the first ever women’s Royal Rumble match, and Asuka won it all. After it was all said and done, Ronda Rousey debuted and even though she didn’t say anything, she did point at the WrestleMania sign.
Rousey confirmed that she’s signed a full time contract with WWE, and it looks like WWE is teasing that she could be appearing on Raw tonight.
WWE posted the following in their official preview for Raw:
“Rousey made it clear that she was going to WrestleMania, but her sudden emergence in WWE has clouded the Team Red Women’s division. What did her handshake with Raw Commissioner Stephanie McMahon mean? What exactly is Rousey planning for this year’s Show of Shows? And how will it be addressed tonight on Raw?”
WWE Superstars being advertised for this week’s show include John Cena, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Braun Strowman, Kane, Bray Wyatt, Finn Balor, The Miz, Alexa Bliss, Sheamus, Cesaro and more.
WWE is focusing on the following points for tonight’s show:
- Will Raw get “Rowdy”?
- Can The Miz carry the Intercontinental Title all the way to WrestleMania?
- How will Seth Rollins respond to last night’s defeat?
- What havoc will Braun Strowman wreak?
