They say that anything can happen when you watch Monday Night Raw, and this week former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Rhea Ripley and Nikki A.S.H. decided to go their separate ways.
Ripley and Nikki A.S.H. made their way to the ring for an interview, and they were asked about speculation regarding the future of their team, and if they’re thinking about breaking up. Nikki A.S.H. grabbed the mic and said that of course they’re not breaking up, but Ripley disagreed.
Rhea Ripley then hinted that she wanted to break up, and suggested that they talk about it backstage, but Nikki wanted to talk about it right away. Nikki started to get really heated so Rhea Ripley tried to walk out, but she turned around and offered to shake Nikki’s hand as a goodbye.
Nikki asked Ripley if she still believes in her, and Ripley said that she does and she hopes they can still be friends. Rhea Ripley hugged Nikki A.S.H. as the crowd booed. Ripley extended her hand to do a pound it hand gesture as she was about to leave, but then Nikki snapped and turned on Ripley and attacked her. Nikki then made her way to the back as Rhea looked angry in the ring as the segment came to an end.
