We’re only a few days away from the annual Money in the Bank premium live event and anticipation for the show is at an all time high. During this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw, CM Punk, AJ Styles and El Grande faced off in the main event to determine who would move on to the men’s Money in the Bank ladder match.

Ultimately it was El Grande Americano who shocked the world when he pinned AJ Styles to win the Money in the Bank qualifying match. Following the show some fans were concerned that The Phenomenal One’s loss on Raw could be a sign that he’s on his way out of WWE.

PWInsider is reporting that AJ Styles’ loss on Raw is not an indication that he’s finishing up with the company. The word is that AJ Styles is scheduled for regular WWE Raw tapings moving forward.

One way or another it seems that AJ Styles will be with WWE for the foreseeable future. However, he’s closer to the end of his career than he is the beginning as The Phenomenal One recently turned 48 years old, and he told Chris Van Vliet a few months ago that he’s not planning to wrestle once he turns 50.

“That’s correct. I keep saying that. I’ve said this and said this, but I will not wrestle at 50, I promise you that.”

Stay tuned for updates.
