Professional wrestling most definitely is not ballet, and the risks are very real. Every time a wrestler steps in the ring there’s a chance that they could suffer an injury, and it looks like Billie Kay may have been injured during a WWE live event which took place on Saturday night. Peyton Royce & Billie Kay were facing off against Naomi & Lana, and according to a fan in attendance, at one point Lana kneed Kay in the face.

The referee then threw up the “X” symbol and Kay rolled to the outside while trainers made their way out to check on her.
Either Billie Kay is really good at selling, or she just got banged up thanks to a botch with Lana at #WWEOakland. Didn’t look good.

But the good news is that Kay was able to walk out on her own.
