The professional wrestling landscape has changed quite a bit since Triple H took over creative for WWE and it appears that The Game is taking a different approach when it comes to letting wrestlers work with other companies.
Shinsuke Nakamura traveled to Japan last month to wrestle The Great Muta at a Pro Wrestling NOAH event which surprised many. Now it seems that the company is making a big change when it comes to letting NXT stars work outside of the company.
Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer recently took to Twitter to report that moving forward WWE will allow NXT talent to work with “select indies.”

There’s currently no word on which companies will be approved by WWE or which talents fans can expect to see pop up at independent events. Stay tuned for updates.
