On Tuesday night John Cena and Shinsuke Nakamura battled each other in the main event of SmackDown Live, and they managed to tear the house down. In the end it was Shinsuke Nakamura who picked up the big victory, and now Shinsuke is looking ahead to SummerSlam where he will challenge Jinder Mahal for the WWE Championship.

Shinsuke’s match with John Cena went pretty well for the most part, but there was one brutal spot that too place near the end of the match. Nakamura went for a reverse exploder suplex, and Cena ended up landing right on his neck.

After the bell rang Shinsuke Nakamura looked at Cena and said, “I’m sorry” during the post-match celebration. Cena then looked back at Shinsuke and said, “don’t be sorry,” before shaking his hand.

PWInsider is reporting that there is no heat on Shinsuke Nakamura, and the spot is just being looked at as a fluke.
