Near the end of the match Shinsuke Nakamura picked John Cena up for a backdrop suplex, and when Cena landed, he landed right on his neck. Like a true pro Cena just brushed it off and carried on, but Shinsuke felt the need to apologize to Cena after the match, and Cena told him, “don’t be sorry.”

Kevin Owens decided to comment on Cena’s rough landing by reminding fans that John Cena is a real life Transformer.

Cena responded by saying he respects Shinsuke Nakamura, and he even wished him good luck in his title match at SummerSlam.

On this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown Live it was also determined that AJ Styles will defend his US Title against Kevin Owens at SummerSlam. Shane McMahon made the match after the US Title match on SmackDown Live this week ended in controversy, and Daniel Bryan announced Shane will be the referee.

AJ Styles hyped up the match by saying he’s focused on keeping the title.
