WWE Axxess is a staple of WrestleMania weekend for fans and as the date for the show of shows draws closer, it is time to get your tickets. Axxess will be a stacked event, as we have previously reported. WWE released the presale password for this year’s Access festivities: WWEAPP.

WWE has been the subject of scrutiny recently, and although they have taken several steps to minimize long-term injury to their superstars, such as banning dangerous moves and unprotected chair shots to the head; there are still plenty of former employees of the company who are seeking damages.

Attorney Konstantine Kyros has built up another class action lawsuit against World Wrestling Entertainment and the case appears to be moving forward. The case will be heard in Unites States District Court in Connecticut on March 3rd.

PWInsider reports that WWE alleged that attorneys had plagiarized allegations against the company from an NFL concussion lawsuit in November. The lawsuit apparently claims that WWE knew about the damage that could be done as well as the negative long-term effects of sports entertainment.

WWE filed requests to block requests to unseal depositions from Vince McMahon, Triple H, and Stephanie McMahon, which they gave in relation to the lawsuit. WWE is trying to stop these records from being released for use in this case due to the fact that they are so recent and WWE feels that this would expose “proprietary business information.”

The courts have already reprimanded Kyros for misrepresenting information against the defendant in this case and taking action to create negative publicity for WWE.
