WrestleMania week is arguably the biggest week in wrestling and fans travel from all over the world to take part in the festivities. The hope is that everyone can safely enjoy the events with no issues, but recently a post from @PerchedTopRope went viral on social media after it was announced that wrestling fan Mark Izard had gone missing during WrestleMania week.
Nattie Neidhart also shared a post about Mark Izard going missing as he was last photographer at her book signing on April 16, and last seen leaving the T-Mobile arena following SmackDown before WrestleMania.
The Las Vegas Review Journal is now reporting that Mark Izard passed away at the age of 43 on April 18. He was reportedly found in the 1700 block of Las Vegas Boulevard South, between East St. Louis Avenue and Oakley Boulevard according to the Clark County coroner’s office.
The cause and manner of his death are still pending, and additional information from the Metropolitan Police Department was not immediately available.
Izard was from the United Kingdom, and 43 years old at the time he passed away. Our condolences go out to his family and friends.
