Back in July, Jimmy Uso was arrested for DUI, and now video footage of the arrest has surfaced online via TMZ.
The footage shows that the officer told Jimmy he was going 86 in a 45, and when he was asked if there was reason for speeding he simply said, “no.” When he was asked if there was a reason for him swerving all over the road he shrugged and said, “stupid.”
When Uso was asked how much he had to drink he said he had a glass of wine at dinner two hours prior to being pulled over.
Jimmy Uso then repeatedly said he wanted a lawyer as the officer explained that he wanted to do a field sobriety test. The officer informed him that having a lawyer present was not an option.
Uso then asked if he could pull his phone out and the officer arrested him. When he asked what he was being arrested for the officer informed him he was being arrested for DUI.
The officer followed up by telling Jimmy Uso to have a seat in the police car, and he requested to talk to a different officer, but his request was denied.
