Becky Lynch has been one of the top stars in the WWE women’s division for years now, but unfortunately The Man has spent the last few months sitting on the sideline due to injury.
There’s currently no set date for Becky’s return, but it’s been rumored that she’s recovering ahead of schedule. Fightful Select reports that as of early September the belief among Becky Lynch’s doctors and physical therapists was that she would be away from the ring for a few more months.
People in WWE creative who commented on Becky’s status noted that they were hopeful the former Raw Women’s Champion would be back by the end of the year. However, that’s not guaranteed and that was more about people being optimistic that Becky wouldn’t need surgery.
Becky Lynch last wrestled at the SummerSlam premium live event back in July where she was defeated by Bianca Belair who retained her Raw Women’s Championship. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
