UFC President Dana White was asked about the former WWE Champion, and seemed open to the idea of negotiating with him in the future.
“He is a big fan,” White told TMZ this week. “I like him very much. He’s a great dude. I don’t know if he can fight or anything like that, but sure. I wouldn’t mind talking to CM Punk.”
CM Punk made it clear that WWE made him sign a no-compete clause when it comes to UFC during Colt Cabana’s podcast last week despite the fact that publicly the WWE states that UFC isn’t competition.
