WWE has been going through a big transition period recently as some major names such as Goldberg, John Cena and AJ Styles have all retired from in-ring competition. The company is now trying to build up new stars and there are currently a number of promising wrestlers on the main roster.
While discussing WWE’s future with Stephen A. Smith, Triple H singled out Oba Femi, Sol Ruca, Je’Von Evans and Trick Williams as future WrestleMania main eventers.
“When you see this new crop of talent, Oba Femi is going to be as big as anybody has ever been in this business. Sol Ruca has an opportunity to be a standout star. Je’Von Evans is one of the young guys who reminds me of a young Jeff Hardy. He has this incredible move set, but he also has an energy and a youth about him that makes it impossible to look away from him. Trick Williams is just personality-plus. Again, he’s another guy you can’t look away from.
These are the young talents that are going to take WWE into the future. You’re seeing them rise now, but two, three, or four years from now, these are going to be the main events of WrestleMania. I promise you.”
Which current WWE stars do you believe will main event WrestleMania someday? Sound off in the comments below.
