Throughout 2021 fans have seen WWE release a number of talents, but recently Kevin Owens got the wrestling world talking when it was reported that the former Universal Champion signed a multi-year deal with WWE.
Sami Zayn’s WWE contract status has also been a hot topic as of late, and the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that the talk in the WWE locker room is that Zayn has signed a new deal. However, Sami Zayn signing a new deal has not been confirmed yet.
Sami Zayn has been getting a lot of attention lately thanks to his recent segments with Brock Lesnar on SmackDown. It was recently reported that WWE had been giving Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens more TV time recently in hopes that they would re-sign.
