Over the last few years Stephanie Vaquer has become one of the top stars in the WWE women’s division and she’s been prominently featured on Monday Night Raw ever since she was called up to the main roster last year. There’s been some concern regarding Vaquer’s status as the was seemingly written off television.
During this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw, Stephanie Vaquer was taken out by Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez during a backstage segment and Michael Cole later announced that Vaquer suffered a second degree AC sprain.
Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer is reporting that the injury is legitimate and is likely the injury that was referenced on Raw. At this point in time it’s not where when Vaquer suffered the injury.
Stephanie Vaquer has been feuding with Liv Morgan for months now and she last stepped into the ring at WrestleMania 42 earlier this month when she dropped the WWE Women’s World Championship to Morgan on the Grandest Stage of Them All.
There’s currently no word on how long Stephanie Vaquer is expected to be sidelined due to injury.
